Preferably use a pneumatic pump system or cartridges.

Unirex N 2 in an NLGI No. 2 grade and is preferred in most cases for application by hand packing or by grease gun. UNIREX N 3 is an NLGI No. 3 grade often used for special applications such as sealed-for-life electric motor bearings, vertically mounted bearings, and higher-speed applications. UNIREX N greases are not intended to be used under extreme pressure conditions where extra anti-welding properties are required.

Castrol Tribol™ GR 100 PD (previously called Longtime™ PD) is a range of lithium based greases containing highly refined mineral oils, enhanced with the MicroFlux Trans (MFT) additive system. The MFT additive technology provides optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extremes of pressure, vibration, shock loads, at high or low speeds or varying micro-smoothing of the friction surfaces. Under severe load, components of the MFT additive combination are activated, initiating an improvement of surface friction characteristics through plastic deformation. Total Synthetic Heat Transfer Oil, Seriola Il 1120 - When using glycol/water mixtures in your heat transfer fluid system, it is important to consider how cold the fluid will get, but it is also equally important to consider how the fluid will be used at that temperature. Will the fluid be stagnant or will it be circulated? Is the glycol for winterization? These questions ultimately affect the mixture ratio of the glycol. For example, if a coolant loop or system is being winterized and temperatures will fall down to -10°F at the lowest, a mixture of 30% propylene glycol to 70% water will be enough to protect the system. 30% propylene glycol has a freeze point of 8°F but the burst point is -18°F. This system will be protected but the coolant will be slushy. By definition, freezing point is the temperature where ice crystals begin to form. The fluid will become slushy but will not expand. The burst point of a fluid is the temperature where the fluid will freeze solid, expand, and break pipes or damage other parts of the equipment.
