Punching Oils

Product Details:

Vaporizes and does not exhibit oil staining during high speed punching with silicon steel plates or electrical thin plates.  Ensures that each sheet can be readily separated through the use of a low-boiling point solvents and special additives during the annealing process.   Extends life of metal moulds during high-speed stroking, thereby increasing productivity.  Contains highly purified base oil with special lubrication improvement agents and abrasion prevention agent.  Provides excellent long term chemical stability.  Does not react with aluminum or copper.   Colorless and odorless.  Oil residue compatible with R-407C, R-409, R-410A, R-22, R-134A and other New Age Freons.  Environment friendly product. Has no harmful effects on humans as the raw materials used are FDA approved. Does not contain Ozone Depleting Substances
